Professional Experience

Ryan serves as a Project Manager and is based in the Charlotte office. Ryan oversees the day-to-day construction as a part of the Multifamily program within the company. With 10 years of experience in the construction industry, he brings a variety of knowledge and skills to the position. His field management experience includes multifamily, hospitality, medical, and office interior projects.

Prior to joining Crosland Southeast, Ryan worked as a Superintendent for JE Dunn Construction on the project Apex at SouthPark, and multiple office interior builds as well as being a part of the project team with Balfour Beatty Construction for 300 South Tryon - Kimpton located in Uptown Charlotte.
