Professional Experience

As Senior PM, Craig oversees predevelopment design team assembly, site planning, development budgeting, and project document approvals for the Florida multifamily division. Craig spent 20 years in California overseeing all phases of development for different infill project types including affordable housing, single family, two- and three-story townhomes, tilt up warehouses, and mixed use. He has been involved in all aspects of entitlement, planning, design, estimating, and construction of over 28 residential projects and 380,000 square feet of warehouse and office space. He brings 20 years of experience as a licensed general contractor to Crosland Southeast where he oversees construction and the general contractors hired by the firm.

Prior to joining Crosland Southeast, Craig worked for Baldwin Park Homes LLC based in West Covina, California, a family office developer. Craig is married with two children and is an avid outdoorsman.
