Professional Experience

As Senior Vice President of Capital Markets & Operations, Brent is primarily responsible for sourcing debt and equity for Crosland Southeast’s diverse array of developments and investments. Additionally, Brent is heavily involved in the firm’s day-to-day operations and oversees funds management and investor relations.

Prior to joining Crosland Southeast in 2022, Brent was a Managing Director with JLL Capital Markets where he was responsible for advising institutional commerical real estate clients on balance sheet strategy and entity-level financing solutions as well as originating project-level capital for transactions across the U.S.

Before JLL, Brent spent almost 16 years at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in Charlotte and San Francisco in a variety of corporate banking, commercial real estate lending and syndicated finance capacities. Over the course of his career, Brent has arranged and closed on over $20 billion of capital.
