Professional Experience

As Sr. Vice President, Florida Division, Brandon is responsible for sourcing, underwriting and managing new development opportunities in Florida for Crosland Southeast, with a particular focus on market rate multifamily and affordable housing developments. Prior to joining Crosland Southeast, Brandon practiced real estate law, most recently at Greenberg Traurig, where he represented several leading U.S. and international real estate developers, investors and lenders in developments, transactions and financings for projects located in several markets across North and Central America.
