Professional Experience

As a Project Manager on the Single Tenant program, Andrew manages the day-to-day ongoing construction for all single tenant/build to suit retail projects. Andrew has over 15 years of experience working on all types of residential/commercial projects ranging from new construction, renovations, and commercial up fits. Andrew works closely together with clients, design professionals and project related personnel on coordination, scheduling, and implementation of the project details to build successful projects and ensure client satisfaction.

Prior to joining Crosland Southeast Andrew has work alongside family as a co-owner of Tommy’s Tailoring, and as an Associate/PM for a General Contractor.
