Professional Experience

As Vice President, Commercial, Andrew is responsible for leading all Commercial projects and Project Managers. Andrew’s passion for servant leadership and excellence sets the tone on his projects and with his team. He has spent over 25 years in the Commercial Real Estate business leading office, data center, life science, manufacturing, medical and retail projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. Andrew is always looking for ways to have positive impacts on Clients, Coworkers, and projects.

Prior to joining Crosland Southeast, Andrew was Managing Director for Cushman & Wakefield, leading their North and South Carolina practice. Andrew began his career in Development right out of college in Atlanta, then when on to work for a General Contractor for a few years before coming back into Project Management and Leadership. Andrew is married to Lauren and they have 4 children.
