Nick serves the Crosland Southeast team as a Project Manager, primarily focusing on commercial retail developments. Each day is spent managing a variety of these projects from the initial design and permitting phase, all the way through construction and the closeout process. Having started his early career on the construction side of the industry, Nick brings a unique mindset when approaching projects and problem solving.

Prior to joining Crosland Southeast, Nick worked as an Assistant Project Manager for Shelco, LLC, where he was a part of multiple large commercial new construction projects within North and South Carolina. His project experiences range from elementary through collegiate renovations and new builds, to ground up high-rise office towers.
