As a Senior Vice President, Corey’s focus is on the single-tenant build-to-suit development program. His strengths in streamlining processes and program management allow us to take a more structured approach to our single-tenant clients. Prior to joining the Crosland Southeast team, Corey spent over 13 years in the civil engineering consulting industry working with local Charlotte developers and National retailers on small and large commercial developments across North and South Carolina. Corey was responsible for upfront client coordination, site selection, conceptual design, entitlements, construction documents, permitting and construction.

Corey brings extensive experience in project management, site design, site selection and program management having performed a similar role for his previous clients.
