Burlington Coat Factory will lease space in the planned One Bellevue Place, Nashville Business Journal reports.
Florence, New Jersey-based Burlington, will take about 40,000 square feet in the facility, once operational, and will join Carmike, Chili’s Panera and Sprouts Farmers Market, according to NBJ.
One Bellevue Place will be located off Highway 70 south near Interstate 40.
Charlotte-based Crosland Southeast is the developer, with Branch Properties of Atlanta as an equity partner.
