Built in 2005 by the retail partners at Crosland, The Shops at Greenridge is strategically located between three major roads in Greenville: Woodruff Road, I-385 and I-85. It provided the residents of Greenville a regional shopping destination where they can go for one-stop shopping at all of their favorite big box and smaller retailers. At its core is a village, anchored by Barnes & Noble, with stores and restaurants surrounding a fountain and plaza designed to enhance the shopping and dining experience and offers a place for live entertainment. The development was done in partnership with the Hollinsworth Foundation who approached our team to develop their family-held land. The result is perhaps the most popular outdoor shopping center in the Greenville area.
